We value your shopping experience and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of DiBanGu, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving the item.
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused with all tags attached and original packaging included.
If the item cannot be resold, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

Item Not Delivered:
Delivery on the way:
Parcel seized by customs: It is the buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized.
Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If the status of the parcel stagnates for a long time, we advise you to contact your local delivery company to check it for you. At the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us until the parcel is delivered successfully.
Unsuccessful delivery:
If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of the wrong address offered by the buyer or by the mistake of the buyer, we are not responsible for any loss caused.
If the parcel is sent to the wrong address because of our mistake, we can resend the parcel to you.
If the parcel is lost by the shipping company, please contact the delivery company for more details.
Customer Refuses the Package:
Please do not directly refuse to sign the package with the courier before contacting our customer service, or the long-term shipping time waste and shipping fee will be borne by yourself. Thanks for understanding.
